3) Department Activities.
Government of Telangana has decided to provide dignity housing to the houseless BPL families by providing 2BHK houses of 560 Sft in the district, in a phased manner. Each house consists of 2 Bed Room, Hall, Kitchen and two toilets (bath – cum – WC). These houses are taken up in plot area of 125 SqYards with an unit cost of Rs. 5.04,000/- in Rural areas and Rs. 5,30,000/- in Urban areas. The construction of houses are taken up involving contractors.
